This Cruise Redemption Certificate allows you and a companion to select your choice of a three to eight day cruise aboard one of the worlds most luxurious cruise ships.

To redeem this offer you must activate it within 30 days of receiving by completing and submitting the voucher you received with your certificate along with the required activation fee either by mail at: Premium Fulfillment c/o Cruise Redemption, P. Once this Cruise Redemption Certificate is activated you will be emailed a cruise selection and reservation request package along with complete details on completing your booking. A valid email address is required. Your cruise selection and reservation request package is valid for one year from the time of activation and all cruise bookings must be finalized a minimum of 90 days prior to departure.

Cruise voucher is for interior stateroom accommodations on the entry level deck for two guests. Changes in accommodation type may be available upon request at an additional cost. Additional guests must be purchased from Executive Tour & Travel Services, at available Cruise Line rates. Guests under the age of 21 years must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent or a guardian 25 years or older in the same stateroom. This certificate covers cruise cabin fare only. You will be responsible for all other expenses, including without limitation: airline tickets, airport transfers, ground transport, taxes, government imposed security fees, port fees and taxes, miscellaneous personal and incidental expenses, alcoholic beverages, spa services, gratuities, shore excursions, administrative costs and agency fees. Government/port taxes and fees are additional for all guests and are payable at the time of booking confirmation. Fuel supplement charges may be required on some bookings. You should anticipate a minimum cost per person of $189 to $339 for 3 day cruise, $199 to $399 for 4 day cruise, $259 to $549 for 5 day cruise, $449 to $659 for 6 day cruise, $499 to $689 for 7 day cruise, and $624.00 to $914.00 for an eight day cruise. All funds must be in U.S. dollars.

YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT.
